Upper 90 Lacrosse is a bonafide lacrosse organization that has been conducting lacrosse programs such as camps, clinics, leagues and tournaments through out the Montgomery county area for the past three years. It is our pleasure to announce that Upper 90 Summer camps and clinics are exclusively a part of the St. Andrews Episcopal Summer programs for boys and girls ages 6-18.

Girls and boys ages 6-7 will be learning lacrosse through our famous scoopers program. This program is mainly geared towards beginners. Equipment needed for this program is as follows. Lacrosse fiddle stick and cleats for the new turf facility. Fiddle sticks are miniature/light weight plastic sticks which can be purchased at a local sporting goods store.

Girls and boys ages 8-9, 10-11, 12-13 will learn the game of lacrosse the traditional way. Boys and girls will learn the fundamentals of ground balls, shooting, dodging, Shooting on the run, Defense and offensive tactics. This program is geared towards beginners, intermediate and advance players. Equipment needed for girls. Girls lacrosse stick, Cleats, girls lacrosse goggles and mouth guard. Equipment needed for boys. Boys lacrosse stick, lacrosse helmet, mouth guard, cleats, arm pads, shoulder pads, and boys lacrosse gloves. Equipment will not be provided at camp.

For Girls and boys ages 14-18 we will provide a program which we call camp games. Players will be participating in lacrosse games while being coached thoroughly by our coaching staff. Games will be paused for instruction on game like situations. This is a camp and not a lacrosse league. This program is not coed. Each gender will be playing against the same gender. Equipment needed for girls. Girls lacrosse stick, Cleats, girls lacrosse goggles and mouth guard. Equipment needed for boys. Boys lacrosse stick, lacrosse helmet, mouth guard, cleats, arm pads, shoulder pads, and boys lacrosse gloves.

Our personnel is fully qualified to teach your children the game of lacrosse. We believe in positive reinforcement. We do not accept any negative reinforcement.
